Very responsive staff to my questions, great pricing for quality work, and very informative and professional while working on my home. Nicholas was very professional and great at setting expectations. We moved into a house that hadn't had the carpet cleaned in a very long time. He gave a through inspection, talked about what results to expect and aftercare. The carpet looks so much better and the house is much fresher.
