Unlike many companies that rely on automated AI responses for scheduling and questions, he communicated personally and directly — which already set him apart. We just leased a home, and while the carpets had been professionally cleaned, the wood floors and tile had years of grime and buildup that regular mopping couldn’t touch. He came to the home and provided a free estimate. He was professional, kind, and completely transparent about what he believed he could accomplish with the wood floors, tile, and grout. I knew that any improvement would be better than the condition they were in, and he exceeded those expectations. He also accommodated our tight schedule and completed everything before move‑in, which was a huge relief. I let him into the house remotely, and he spent about 4–4.5 hours cleaning roughly 1,100 sq. ft. of flooring. After finishing, he sent photos showing a phenomenal transformation — and even those pictures don’t fully capture how beautiful the floors look now. The entire space feels refreshed, brighter, and genuinely different. It changed the energy of the home, and it feels great knowing we’re moving into a truly clean space.
